No. You can continue any treatments you desire. Your palliative care team focuses on helping you and your loved ones have the best quality of life available, whatever treatments you decide upon.
Is palliative care covered by insurance?
Outpatient consultations may be covered by Medicare and most private insurance. Financial assistance is available to patients without insurance, based on need. We can help determine coverage availability before service begins.
